A fast-growing wellness company is seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee national accounts across emerging product categories, including hemp, and CBD. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on field execution, ensuring strong partnerships, revenue growth, and long-term market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead national account strategy across wellness and alternative product categories.
- Manage and expand existing large-scale retail and distribution partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and secure multi-year agreements with key accounts.
- Conduct regular account visits and attend trade shows to maintain strong client relationships.
- Track performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and provide executive-level reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on category trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years managing national accounts or enterprise-level retail partnerships.
- Direct experience in hemp, or CBD sales (required).
- Demonstrated success in scaling distribution and driving revenue growth in wellness or alternative categories.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, trade shows, and field leadership.
Preferred
- Established relationships with distributors, head shops, or alternative retail channels.
- Experience in high-growth or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
- Background in identifying and resolving systemic account or distribution challenges.
