About the team
As part of the Product Operations team, you will lead market research, identify product opportunities, and build go-to-market strategies for TikTok’s eCommerce products. You will be responsible for being a true product partner and expert, from opportunity identification to Go-to-Market planning.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a deep understanding of needs of sellers, creators, and operations by conducting research as needed to drive product launches and iterations, and responsible for product penetration, satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and ensuring a deep knowledge of the US localization and mindset.
  • Issue identification and resolution, recommending and driving forward product optimizations to help improve and shape the future of TikTok’s eCommerce products.
  • Collaborate and often lead discussions with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Product Management, Operations, Design, Data Science, and Engineering, to shape the product strategy, roadmap, and adoption.
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle, review various artifacts to ensure quality and clarity, and run and/or participate in user acceptance testing/beta to ensure product quality and optimal user experience prior to fullscale product launch.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market activities, including product documentation, internal stakeholders training, target audience activation plans, and operational support tools.
  • Monitor key product performance metrics, conduct gap analysis, and identify issues and optimizations to drive product improvement plans.
