Program Details:

The Graduate Trainee Program is a custom-designed 2-year talent development program for all recent graduates which bring various opportunities to develop the most advanced knowledge & skills to map the path to success to become the pipeline of key positions.

Throughout your two-year journey, you will rotate across different functions within the Textiles & Garments department , gain exposure to various aspects of the business. Each rotation lasts at least six months, ensure you acquire hands on experience and practical insights that will accelerate your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in Sciences or related disciplines with less than two years of work experience.
• Proactive, organized, self-motivated, and positive thinker.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and high energy.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
