Customer Service & Outbound Call Specialist (Full-Time)Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMOne hour lunch dailyNo nights. No weekends.Location: In-office. Local team environment.Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, people-focused team member to support our sales and service teams by making outbound calls to customers and prospects to offer insurance quotes and schedule follow-ups.This is a customer service–first role, not a high-pressure telemarketing position. You’ll be trained to communicate professionally, handle basic customer questions, and assist the team when coverage is needed.What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to:

  • Offer insurance quotes

  • Confirm interest

  • Schedule follow-ups with licensed team members

  • Use call scripts and talking points provided

  • Send simple follow-up texts or emails when needed

  • Accurately document call outcomes in our system

  • Provide customer service support when team members are out sick or on vacation

  • Learn basic insurance service workflows over time
