Join our dynamic Heather Taylor State Farm agency as an In-Book Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our valued client base!Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing State Farm customers (in-book clients) to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively contact clients for policy renewals, reviews, and updates.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and present additional products such as auto, home, life insurance, and financial services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, claims assistance, and policy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the agent and team members to achieve sales goals and agency growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using State Farm’s management systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by supporting the agent in the sales process when needed.
  • Stay informed on State Farm products, promotions, and industry trends to best serve clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development initiatives.
