Loss Prevention Associate – Keep Our Warehouse Safe & Secure!Location: Moreno Valley & Perris, CASchedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts. Flexible shifts – weekends and holidays will be requiredAbout the Role: Are you the kind of person who notices everything? Do you have a sixth sense for spotting trouble before it starts? Join our team as a Loss Prevention Associate and become a key player in keeping our distribution center safe, secure, and running smoothly!What You’ll Be Doing: Monitor surveillance systems and patrol the facility like a proInvestigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violationsConduct audits and inspections to ensure safety and complianceHelp develop and implement smart loss prevention strategiesRespond to emergencies – medical, fire, or security-relatedPrepare detailed reports on incidents and investigationsCollaborate with law enforcement and internal teamsSupport safety initiatives and training programsWhat You Bring to the Team: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree = bonus points!)1 year of experience in loss prevention, security, or similar fieldFamiliarity with CCTV and access control systemsStrong observational and analytical skillsTeam player with great communication skillsFlexibility to work different locations, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work alone when requiredPhysical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periodsCapable of lifting up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a warehouse with varying temperaturesBonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome to Have):Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocolsExperience in a distribution or warehouse settingBilingual skills – we love a multilingual team!Ready to Join Us?If you’re sharp, dependable, and ready to make a difference, apply today and help us keep things safe and secure!Pay Details: $19.39 to $21.39 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
