Schedule: 13 Weeks, Shift Options | 2:30p – 3a OR 1030a – 11p | Weekend and holiday rotations expectedKey Responsibilities: Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient’s needsMust recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to move patients in a safe mannerMust be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate and may be required to assume duties as a charge nurseMust have the ability to identify and intervene in life threatening situationsQualifications: Active RN license in New YorkMinimum 2 years of experience required in ED with some PEDS experience and at least 1 Travel Assignment completedCurrent AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC and PALS certifications are requiredCharge Capability Highly Preferred & Floating is RequiredEPIC experience requiredPay Breakdown:$1,278 weekly per diem (taxable)$1,246 per week (non-taxable)Pay Details: $2,524.00 per weekBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
