Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and advanced Excel proficiency. This role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally

Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner

Maintain and update customer records, logs, and reports using Microsoft Excel

Prepare basic to intermediate Excel reports (data entry, sorting, filters, formulas)

Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and speed

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or support roles preferred

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
