Job Description
We are looking for experienced Civil Inspector to join us in Tawuniya Inherent Defect Insurance (IDI) Projectwithin the scopes:
- Conduct site visit and responsible for inspection of buildings according to Saudi building codes and international standards.
- Issuing reports and documentation of findings and comments in accordance with Saudi building codes and international standards.
- Take over responsibilities from other Inspectors for non-assigned projects during emergency leaves.
- Describe and assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions
- Comply with client requirements by delivering the required report on predefined timings
- Handle any project professionally and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Saudi nationality with 2–3 years of experience in construction, testing and inspection in civil engineering.
- Proven experience in Saudi Code.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures and finishing.
- Preferred experience in IDI program
- Well-founded and practice proven professional and sector experience in industrial and residential construction.
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
- Fluent in English language.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
