Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Analyze large datasets using BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Write clean, efficient SQL and Python code for data transformation and analysis
- Apply machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn to tackle business challenges
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations to define data needs and deliver insights
- Automate reporting and data integration processes to boost efficiency
- Monitor and maintain data quality, integrity, and security standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3-4 years of experience in data analytics or engineering
- Strong command of SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and automation tools
- Familiarity with ML frameworks and cloud-based platforms
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google AI, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker
- Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for deploying ML models
- Comfortable using Git for version control
