PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a world-class leader in the global finance solutions industry to hire dedicated Material Handlers for a high-impact manufacturing operation. If you’re looking for stable overnight work, competitive pay, hands-on technical training, and the opportunity to support secure financial transactions used around the world, this role is for you.
Schedule: Third Shift: 10:00 PM — 6:00 AM, Sunday through Friday
Pay: $20/hour + 10% shift differential = $22/hour
Role Summary
As a Material Handler on the third shift, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality credit and debit cards that support global financial systems. You will be trained on world-class production equipment and contribute directly to the accuracy, efficiency, and security of the manufacturing process.
What You’ll Do

Operate a variety of production machines used in the manufacturing of credit and debit cards

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure timely and accurate output

Perform quality checks to verify materials meet job order specifications

Adapt quickly to changing production volumes and priorities

Cross-train on multiple machines to support team flexibility and operational success

Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Responsibilities may be adjusted as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
-
1+ year of experience operating production or manufacturing machines in a fast-paced environment

1+ year of equivalent experience through education, related work, or military service

Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed

Ability to stand for most of the shift and frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Ability to bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, and lift overhead throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience operating lamination or collation machines
-
1+ year of experience in plastic card production

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
