A Project Manager is responsible for driving moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Leads and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. Could be technical or non-technical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects or project phases, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Track and report project progress to stakeholders, including status updates, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and accountability.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and post-project reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure clarity of goals and responsibilities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing moderately complex projects, preferably in a cross-functional or cross-company environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with both technical and non-technical project management.
