Job requirements
- Act as the subject matter expert for Life Sciences domains (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices), providing guidance across clinical, commercial, and regulatory processes. Translate business requirements into functional and data requirements for analytics, digital, and IT solutions. Support design and validation of dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to sales, marketing, patient services, and operations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GxP, FDA, HIPAA, and data privacy standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, data, product, compliance) to ensure solutions align with business needs. Review and validate data sources, metrics, and business logic for accuracy and relevance. Provide domain training, documentation, and ongoing support to project teams and stakeholders. Stay current with Life Sciences industry trends, data sources, and evolving regulatory requirements.
