Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure AWS)

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with strong Azure/AWS expertise to support enterprise-scale infrastructure, identity, networking, automation, and multi-cloud operations for state-level environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and administer Azure & AWS cloud environments

  • Support on-prem Windows Server Domain infrastructure

  • Manage Azure Entra ID & AWS IAM (RBAC, policies, federation)

  • Build and maintain multi-cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

  • Design/manage cloud networking (VNets, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect)

  • Implement DevOps & CI/CD automation for infrastructure

  • Support Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, Dataiku

  • Optimize cloud spend, tagging, chargeback models

  • Implement identity, access, and policy management

  • Deploy infrastructure via Terraform / IaC

  • Maintain DR, HA, and security compliance (HIPAA, NIST, 60GG-2).

Required Experience:

  • 5 years Azure & AWS enterprise cloud engineering

  • 5 years Windows Server Domain administration

  • 5 years IAM administration (Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM)

  • 5 years multi-cloud architecture & networking

  • 5 years DevOps/CI/CD for infrastructure automation

  • 5 years supporting cloud data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)

  • 5 years cost optimization/tagging frameworks

  • 5 years Terraform or IaC frameworks

  • 2 years DR/HA/compliance (HIPAA, NIST, Florida 60GG-2)
