Job Description

ECS is seeking a Project Oversight to work remotely .

This position will work closely with the Director of Data Asset Services (DAS) to support higher executive reporting on DAS projects.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Work with the Director and her Direct Reports (PCES and V02) to track status of projects within DAS
• Keep the Director informed on status, project delays, and any other information pertinent to Leadership.
• Provide updates in various formats, including (but not limited to) PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams as needed to obtain status and other information

Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, information technology, or related fields, preferred
• Minimum o f 6 years of experience in project management and executive summary reporting
• This person will need to be very organized and a self-starter, with proven experience in project management .
• Experience with Software development lifecycle, Agile Project Management using VersionOne software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, which includes OneNote and Teams
• Able to work independently and with others
