IT Program Manager
Hansen Talent Group is hiring an experienced IT Program Manager with strong enterprise-level project leadership for a role in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week onsite.
What You ll Do
*** Lead 1-5 projects in a strong matrix environment using full SDLC methodologies.
- Build and manage project plans, communication plans, risk plans, and all required project artifacts from kickoff through closeout.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, within scope, and aligned with business unit standards.
- Drive clear communication across all stakeholders through meetings, recaps, status reports, and documentation.
- Monitor resource needs and assign work to ensure objectives are met within budgeted hours.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and scope/budget impacts to keep projects on track.**
Provide concise written and verbal status updates as needed.
What you need:
*** Experience running complex, enterprise-level software development or implementation projects.
- Strong experience building full project plans without templates.
- Excellent, polished communication skills.
- Ability to manage portfolios, coach junior PMs, or operate independently as sole PM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Visio
- Nice to Have: Azure Boards, MS Project (advanced use)**
