BI Analyst

Our client, a leader in the Telecommunications space out of Stamford, CT is currently seeking a BI Analyst for their Business Intelligence team.

Responsibilities:

• This candidate will support the Service Reliability team and their mission of improving the customer experience through analytics focused on network outages/impairments and maintenance/upgrade events.

• Role not eligible for sponsorship. Only candidates eligible for contract-to-hire (at 90-day mark) and not requiring sponsorship should be submitted.

• Curious, self-starter, team player, detail-oriented, and strong organizer/communicator with 7+ years of experience in similar role

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of overall experience

• Must be proficient in SQL, Redshift, Excel for data validation and ad hoc analysis

• Must be able to communicate analysis/findings in business/functional terms for senior leadership/executive audience

• Telecom experience a plus

• Data warehouse and MicroStrategy experience a plus
