Hansen Talent Group is seeking a System Support Engineerresponsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise server and security infrastructure. This role oversees system operations, enterprise Active Directory environments, and identity/access functions while driving key infrastructure projects and ensuring strong cybersecurity practices. This role is hybrid requiring 3 days/week onsite.

What You ll Do

*** Design, implement, and administer systems and security infrastructure across client-server environments.

• Lead server-related projects, including building new environments, migrating existing environments, and deploying full Active Directory infrastructures.
• Monitor, patch, tune, and upgrade systems, including Microsoft Windows Servers and Office365/Exchange.
• Oversee enterprise Active Directory/Entra ID environments including installation, configuration, IAM support, and global policy development.
• Manage identity and access functions: user account creation/deactivation, permission provisioning, and group policy assignments.
• Prioritize and assign work tasks and support tickets; manage incoming workload for the team.
• Support system storage, backup management, and disaster recovery processes.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Lead emergency response efforts and disaster recovery activities.
• Address CVE threats and maintain required cybersecurity controls.
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to meet project requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical system support documentation.**
