Requirements

Must have:

– Over 16 years of experience in managing large-scale IT and SAP implementation/migration projects – Proven ability to deliver complex programs while managing multi-stream initiatives with cross-functional teams – Strong leadership abilities along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – Comprehensive knowledge of governance frameworks, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities:

  • Direct enterprise-level design governance and ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices – Oversee multi-stream programs with cross-functional teams to align with strategic business goals – Develop and evaluate detailed program-level documentation, including Functional and Technical Design Documents and governance frameworks – Foster stakeholder engagement and maintain executive reporting for transparency across all program initiatives – Administer budgets, timelines, and resource distribution for intricate programs, ensuring excellence in delivery and proactive risk oversight – Lead risk assessment and issue resolution across program components, utilizing industry best practices – Provide strategic insights regarding program delivery, value realization, and ongoing improvement initiatives – Guide project managers in adhering to PMO standards and cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability – Ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory standards while advancing innovation
