Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically necessary – At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development – Proficiency in C++ programming language – Active and transferable Secret security clearance is mandatory prior to the start date – U.S. citizenship is required to qualify for a security clearance – Preferred degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering – Experience in the design, development, or integration of testing equipment or controlling complex hardware systems – Strong organizational, coordination, and planning abilities – Effective written and verbal communication skills – Familiarity with Software Agile Process – Experience developing software in a Linux environment – Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) terminology is beneficial – Existing SSBI clearance is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create software for Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) facilities, specifically flight simulators for missiles – Engage in software design, coding, and integration within a real-time setup – Be prepared for travel up to 20% to assist with the development or delivery of our test environment equipment – Perform integration tasks that align requirements with measured outcomes – Troubleshoot RF systems effectively in various settings
