Akkodis is seeking a Java Developer for a Contract with a client inNew York, NY. Candidates must have strong expertise in advanced Java concepts and hands-on experience customizing and configuring these platforms to meet business requirements.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Developer job responsibilities include:

  • Develop, test, and maintain Java applications and services to support compliance and data management needs.
  • Integrate Java solutions with LexisNexis products such as Bridger and Firco, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Customize and configure LexisNexis platforms to meet specific business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product integration, performance, and compatibility.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for development, integration processes, and platform updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Java development and integration projects.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Java concepts with hands-on experience integrating LexisNexis products such as Bridger and Firco.
  • Proven ability to customize and configure compliance or data management platforms to meet business requirements.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
