About the Opportunity:

The organization is a global digital business services provider supporting leading brands with advanced, technology-driven solutions. This opportunity is for a Customer Service Representative who will handle customer inquiries and provide support in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Employment is available to individuals located in select US states.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support

• Deliver customer service through active listening

• Handle confidential customer information appropriately

• Resolve issues proactively on the first call

• Communicate effectively with customers

• De-escalate and resolve customer issues calmly

• Escalate interactions as appropriate

• Track all call information for auditing and reporting

• Provide feedback on call issues

• Upsell when required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience

• At least 18 years of age

• Ability to type minimum 25 words per minute

• Comfortable with desktop computers and Windows-based systems

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• College degree preferred but not required

• Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills

• Effective collaboration with team members and supervisors

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage pressure

• Open to feedback and adaptable to schedule changes

• Proactive critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Reliable internet with minimum download rate 15 Mbps, upload rate 5 Mbps, no packet loss, ping under 50ms, and proof of speed required (Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN not accepted)
