What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
  • Collect patient information and input data accurately into e-Intake
  • Verify products and services thoroughly and manage initial intake via high volume inbound calls
  • Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment
  • Educate patients and location employees on CPAP supplies and maintenance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong customer service background with effective communication skills in English
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
  • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
  • Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice discretion with sensitive information
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
