What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Field customer inquiries and provide innovative responses to various questions and concerns
  • Deliver excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
  • Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call and de-escalate situations as needed
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • College degree preferred but not required
