What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create an emotional connection with members by understanding their needs and championing their health
- Build trusting relationships with members to ensure their needs are fully understood
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support
- Review member claim history for accurate tracking of benefits, maximums, and deductibles
- Explain members’ rights and responsibilities in accordance with company policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in Behavioral Health, Medical, or Insurance sectors
- Experience working remotely in a home-based role
