What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Receive and process customer orders by telephone in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after training
  • Solve routine and complex customer issues, escalating to a supervisor as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system
  • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening and effective communication

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge and typing speed of 35-40 words per minute
  • Must have high-speed internet access for remote work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with medical terminology is a plus but not required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in tasks and responsibilities
