What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer incoming phone calls via a multiline telephone system
  • Prepare and provide internal and external written correspondence via email
  • Assist customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions
  • Collect customer feedback and analyze customer needs to recommend potential products and services
  • Maintain customer accounts by recording product and submission records

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2+ years of previous customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to learn and retain product and procedural knowledge
  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience in learning new systems
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
