Chief Financial Officer

StevenDouglas has been engaged on an incredible national CFO search. This role is remote with some associated travel to the Company’s HQ, as needed.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will serve as the strategic partner to the CEO and executive team for this high growth, tech company. The CFO will lead all financial planning, reporting, and capital-related initiatives during a period of rapid growth. This role oversees corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, project finance, compliance, and risk across multi-state operations with heavy infrastructure investment. This individual thrives in high-growth environments, has strong command of operational KPIs, and brings a disciplined, transparent approach to financial stewardship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15 years of financial management experience, including 5 years in an executive leadership role, ideally as a CFO.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, GAAP, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and commitment to corporate governance.
