About The Role The Web Developer at Click Rain will play a vital role in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance websites that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of translating designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the design team to ensure that visual concepts are accurately implemented while maintaining optimal performance and accessibility. Experience working within Content Management Systems such as Craft CMS or WordPress is advantageous. The Web Developer will also provide strategic input during project planning, interpret client needs into actionable online strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional web development experience
• Strong understanding of semantic HTML and modern CSS
• Proficiency in responsive design principles and frameworks
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end performance optimization techniques
• Experience conducting accessibility audits and implementing WCAG 2.2 guidelines
• Ability to maintain scalable and organized CSS architectures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of DRY (Don’t Repeat Yourself) and KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) principles
• Ability to replicate designs accurately from Figma mockups
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Craft CMS or WordPress is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and innovation

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, responsive website templates based on Figma mockups
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure design fidelity and accessibility compliance
• Interpret client discussions and translate them into effective online strategies
• Implement best practices for website performance, security, and accessibility
• Conduct accessibility audits and recommend improvements
• Maintain and optimize scalable CSS architectures for long-term project sustainability
• Work closely with back-end developers and project managers to deliver projects on time
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues during development and deployment
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and suggest innovative solutions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
