About The Role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies by providing in-depth analysis and actionable insights. As a key contributor, you will work directly with senior leadership, including the Head of Marketing and Growth Marketing Manager, to evaluate performance across various channels such as paid media, CRM, website conversions, and B2B funnels. Your analytical expertise will help optimize campaigns, improve customer acquisition costs, enhance return on ad spend, and drive overall marketing efficiency. This high-impact, individual contributor position offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decisions and contribute to the company’s growth trajectory. The role involves a mix of data analysis, performance tracking, dashboard creation, and cross-functional collaboration, all aimed at building a data-driven marketing ecosystem that supports scalable growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or growth analytics, supporting both D2C and B2B environments
- Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio for website performance tracking and reporting
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CVR, retention, and LTV
- Experience working with Salesforce for marketing-to-revenue attribution
- Hands-on experience setting up and validating event tracking, funnels, and dashboards
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for data quality and actionable insights
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with paid media and lifecycle marketing teams to optimize channel performance
Responsibilities
- Analyze paid media performance across platforms such as Google and Meta to identify opportunities for improving CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Lead the setup and maintenance of event tracking and conversion measurement frameworks using GA4 and GTM
- Build, update, and maintain dashboards in Looker and GA4 to monitor key performance metrics and trends
- Monitor website analytics and user funnels to identify drop-off points and recommend CRO initiatives for improvement
- Support email, CRM, and lifecycle marketing reporting, including retention analysis, cohort studies, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to inform strategic decisions through clean, actionable data insights
- Evaluate results from campaign tests, A/B experiments, and audience segmentation initiatives to optimize marketing efforts
- Integrate Salesforce lead and deal data with marketing touchpoints to enhance B2B performance visibility
- Assist in forecasting and quarterly planning by developing data models and analyzing historical trends
