Job Title: Lead Pega Developer / Pega LSA

Location: Remote (EST Hours)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Position Summary:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) with strong hands-on experience in Pega 8 and Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• The ideal candidate will lead solution design, drive technical ownership, and support large-scale modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and deliver scalable applications using Pega PRPC and Pega frameworks.
• Lead and oversee Pega Decisioning (CDH) implementations and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and reusable component development.
• Collaborate on integration strategies involving APIs and external systems.
• Build custom components and guide teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Certification:

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA), or
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (SSA)

Core Skills:

• Pega LSA/SSA, Pega 8, CDH, Pega PRPC, CPDC, Pega Decisioning, architecture & design, system integrations, design/code reviews, reusable frameworks, Agile delivery.
