Any CT office (statewide role)

12 + Months

Work Split: ~60% field / 40% office

Typical Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Overview

The Field Project Coordinator supports day-to-day telecom construction activities, working within P2 and partnering with utilities, municipalities, and customers.

The role includes both administrative tasks and field surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field surveys and collect site data

Create maps and cost estimates

Coordinate with towns, state agencies, and other utilities

Support BAU work: SDU/MDU, plant maintenance, span replacements, forced relocates

Assist with project tracking and documentation in P2

Requirements:

Project management background preferred (no cable/construction experience required)

Knowledge of coax/fiber is a plus

Strong organization and communication skills

Basic Excel and Adobe skills
