Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project implementation across all phases.
- Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and manage project budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and documentation requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams and processes.
Certification Required
- PMP or PRINCE2 (Required/Highly preferred)
- CSM/SAFe Scrum Master (Preferred for Agile projects)
- ITIL Certification (If applicable to service-based environments)
Client/Project-specific compliance needs
- Background screening & employment verification
- Adherence to PMO templates, processes, risk logs, and reporting structure
- Compliance with information security and vendor management policies
- Must align with onsite/offshore working model as defined by client
