Role Overview

Leads technology vision and AI strategy, overseeing the development and deployment of AI-driven products and scalable technology platforms. Acts as a bridge between executive leadership and engineering teams, ensuring AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver competitive advantage. This role handles technology governance, ethical AI deployment, and fosters a culture of continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic AI and technology roadmap aligned with company vision and market needs.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams including engineering, data science, and AI research.
• Oversee AI project planning, resource allocation, and ROI measurement for AI investments.
• Promote ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across AI implementations.
• Build partnerships across internal departments and external AI communities to drive innovation.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, investor meetings, and strategic discussions on AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and AI-related leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management (CTO, Director level).
• Ability and willingness to travel to China up to once per month.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Deep experience with machine learning frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive leadership, and communication skills to align AI strategy with business objectives.
• Proven ability to scale technology teams and manage complex AI product lifecycles.
