What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee complex calendar management and scheduling for C-suite and VP level executives across multiple time zones
- Assist the COO in prioritizing and balancing responsibilities across various teams
- Coordinate with Product Ops on internal planning processes, including quarterly and annual cycles
- Manage day-to-day needs of the Leadership team for internal and external meetings
- Contribute to team meetings and assist with planning and scheduling for events
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience supporting C-suite or VP level executives in a high-growth technology startup
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills, able to perform well under pressure
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
