Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) / Business Systems Consultant (BSC) to support fast-paced projects focused on gathering requirements for a web-based application that will automate existing paper-driven processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask, takes initiative, and is comfortable working directly with end users.

This role requires strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, UI/UX mockups, testing, user support, and training.

Key Responsibilities

The BA/BSC will be responsible for:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Creating UI/UX mockups, workflows, use cases, and user stories.
• Preparing user documentation and training materials.
• Developing test plans and test scripts, and supporting various testing activities.
• Conducting interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis to extract requirements.
• Providing support and customer-friendly communication with end users.
• Participating in Agile SDLC processes.
• Identifying process improvements and analyzing complex business workflows.

Skills & Experience Requirements

Required

• Experience with full SDLC, including Agile methodology (5 years).
• Strong experience writing BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and User Stories (5 years).
• Experience creating UI/UX mockups and workflows using Visio or similar tools; Adobe XD preferred (5 years).
• Ability to elicit and interpret information through interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation review (5 years).
• Experience writing test plans, test scripts, and performing testing activities (5 years).
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose improvements (5 years).
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent (4 years).

Highly Desired

• Experience developing user training manuals and conducting training sessions or demos (5 years).
