What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Sales Resource Center Director
- Handle incoming calls for the home office line and distribute calls appropriately
- Manage telephone, internet accounts, alarms, and elevator lines for optimal service
- Assemble and maintain confidential information with strict confidentiality
- Assist with special projects and maintain current information on each store and marketing line screen
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of office experience
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficiency in using various software packages, including custom software
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks

- Experience in administrative roles within the storage or customer service industries
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
