  • The primary purpose of the Configuration Analyst is to assist with provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts/issues associated with North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) in production and training environments for PATH NC.
  • This position will assist users with understanding multifaction authentication (MFA) and assist with confirming each user has successfully enrolled in MFA.
  • This position works closely with state and county systems administrators via the Service Now (SNOW) ticketing system.
  • In addition, this position will assist with granting access to users so they can export reports from PATH NC.
