Build rules to recognize, mitigate and prevent risky inauthentic behaviors, including abusive accounts, fake engagements, spammy redirection, scraping, and fraud, on the platform.
Analyze business, product and data, to identify data security weaknesses, and develop risk defense and mitigation solutions to address potential threats to user safety and platform integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to quantify risk control effects and trends and contribute to risk measurement, perception, mitigation and prevention.
Monitor trends in fraudulent activities and conduct root cause analysis, to build intelligence monitoring systems.
Perform data analysis and create interactive visualizations to communicate findings and complex results and provide actionable insights to management.
Mentor junior-level team members.Qualifications: Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Constructing advanced queries using SQL;
Analyzing historical data and applying root cause analyses to identify trends and patterns;
Designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key data and insights, track key performance indicators, and provide self-service tools to stakeholders;
Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel, and maintaining metrics to manage and evaluate business performance;
Cleaning and processing data using relational databases and Hadoop Systems; and
Developing and maintaining tables, datasets, and data pipelines to extract, clean, transform, load and maintain data across multiple databases.Employer: TikTok U.S. Data Security Inc.
