Requirements

Must have:

### – I hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, I may have four years of experience in place of a bachelors degree. – I have fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. – I am proficient in working within Linux development environments. – I am skilled in coding with Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript. – I possess experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. – I must have an active security clearance with a polygraph.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Level Software Engineer, I will: – Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems based on documented requirements. – Contribute to pioneering development programs and design innovative solutions. – Innovate RF signal processing applications. – Develop analytics, visualization, and discovery tools. – Integrate new and legacy software across various hardware platforms. – Review and test software components to ensure adherence to design requirements and document test results. – Resolve software problem reports. – Provide specific input into the software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and the use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS) or Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) products in place of new development, and conduct requirements analysis and synthesis from a system level to individual software components. ###
