About the Role:

As the Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals. You’ll create compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and engage with the online community to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement . The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, strong content creation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, blogs, and interactive media) tailored to target audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, voice, and aesthetics across all digital platforms.

Community Engagement & Growth:

  • Manage social media interactions, responding to comments, inquiries, and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Grow and nurture online communities, fostering brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, industry leaders, and brand advocates to expand reach.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Leverage social listening tools to monitor trends, sentiment, and competitor activity.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve content performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of social media management experience, preferably within the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual design.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
