About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Data Analyst to join Facer’s team. This role is pivotal in establishing and scaling our analytics and growth measurement functions. As the first dedicated data professional at Facer, you will own the entire data ecosystem, from defining key success metrics to building dashboards and ensuring data integrity. The position offers flexibility to work remotely, either part-time or full-time, and provides a unique opportunity to shape the foundational data practices of a rapidly growing company. Your insights will directly influence product development, marketing strategies, and overall business growth, making this a highly impactful role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, or related fields, preferably within consumer technology or mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with experience using BigQuery or similar platforms.
- Expertise with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Google Analytics and Firebase.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms including AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.
- Proven track record of collaborating with product and marketing teams to drive growth through data insights.
- Ability to define metrics, implement tracking strategies, and develop comprehensive analytics strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to influence decision-making across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics processes across product, marketing, and operational functions.
- Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership and teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to define and implement accurate product instrumentation.
- Support marketing efforts by analyzing user acquisition funnels, paid performance campaigns, and attribution data to optimize ROI.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and accessibility across all reporting tools.
- Evaluate existing analytics stack (including Appfigures, Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery, Looker Studio) and lead initiatives for migration or adoption of new tools as needed.
- Act as the company’s primary data expert, proactively identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements and decision-making enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into product development and marketing strategies.
