About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our two C‑Suite Executives and their leadership teams. This high-impact role requires a professional with exceptional judgment, discretion, and a proactive approach to anticipate the needs of senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, facilitating cross-functional coordination, and supporting strategic initiatives across HR and corporate leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top executives, contribute to organizational efficiency, and play a vital role in the company’s ongoing success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a global or publicly traded organization.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, and preparing expense reports.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between C‑Suite executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support the preparation of Board and executive meetings by coordinating documents, providing briefings, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Anticipate and prioritize tasks to optimize executives’ time, balancing multiple demands and deadlines effectively.
  • Coordinate Leadership Team meetings, off-site events, and global initiatives, including logistics, agenda setting, and action item follow-up.
  • Manage sensitive information discreetly, ensuring compliance with confidentiality policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Legal, and Communications to facilitate strategic initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Represent Neogen’s values and culture professionally in all interactions and communications.
