Recruiting Coordinator – $27 – $32 per hour

Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand scheduling needs and interviewer availability.
- Support the candidate experience by providing clear updates, answering questions, and maintaining a hospitality-driven approach.
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, update statuses, schedule interviews, and collect feedback.
- Assist with resume review and initial phone screens when needed.
- Work with the People Operations team to support onboarding, including scheduling orientation sessions.
- Support ad-hoc projects aimed at improving candidate and employee experience.
You’ll Succeed Here If You
- Have experience supporting a recruiting team, ideally in a fast-moving startup.
- Are skilled at managing multiple tasks, calendars, and deadlines at once.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Have strong attention to detail and a proactive, process-driven mindset.
- Have experience working in an ATS and handling administrative tasks within the platform.
- Know how to identify strong candidates vs AI-generated or low-quality resumes.
