Overview

You will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects. You will act as their primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth experience from initial inquiry to final deliverables. This role combines client support, problem-solving, coordination with laboratory teams, and strong attention to detail.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client questions regarding methods, equipment, testing requirements, and project planning.
  • Assist clients in understanding their laboratory results and how they relate to Occupational Exposure Limits.
  • Resolve client issues, disputes, and service concerns in a professional and client-focused manner.
  • Troubleshoot sampling issues, such as equipment failures or incorrect field setup.
  • Enter supply orders and coordinate shipment logistics for sample collection materials.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and laboratory teams to support timely and accurate project execution.
  • Prepare quotes, review pricing, and confirm invoice accuracy for submitted samples.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a technical or scientific environment is a plus.
  • Understanding of environmental data and/or EPA methodologies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

This position pays $24–$27 per hour based on experience and is overtime-eligible. As a full-time remote employee, you will also receive:
