UI Software Engineer (React, JavaScript)

Requirements

Must have:

– An active security clearance with a polygraph is mandatory. – A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, though four years of relevant experience can be considered in place of a degree. – A minimum of seven years of experience as a Software Engineer in projects and contracts of a similar scope, type, and complexity is essential. – Proficiency with a UI Development Stack, including VueJs, Vuetify, Leaflet, ElasticSearch, node.js REST, GRPC, mongo, etc., is expected.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer, I will: – Analyze user requirements to derive both software design and performance specifications. – Design and code new software or enhance existing software to incorporate new functionalities. – Integrate existing software into newly modified systems or environments. – Apply scientific analysis and mathematical models to develop and adjust software systems, predicting the outcomes and consequences of designs. – Implement complicated algorithms while adhering to strict timing, resource, or interface constraints, ensuring quality control on team deliverables. – Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to define software requirements, as well as to gather information regarding project limitations, capabilities, performance requisites, and interfaces.
