What you ll do:

***** Provide hands-on technical support for desktop computers, printers, and end-user equipment in a fast-paced environment.

• You ll configure, install, and maintain workstation software and hardware, monitor incoming support tickets, and ensure all systems are properly secured and backed up.
• Additional responsibilities include documenting configurations, assisting with troubleshooting and application testing, supporting LAN/WAN environments, and maintaining inventory of hardware and replacement parts.****

**What you need:**

*** Experience supporting desktop computers, printers, and LAN/WAN connections

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
