Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior Developer to join a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role is fully onsite (with possible partial hybrid after 6+ months).

What You ll Do:

***** Lead analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications.

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document full-stack solutions across UI, backend, and data layers.
  • Integrate applications across the business and design structures/programs to support enterprise needs.
  • Act as an internal technical consultant, mentor, and advocate across teams.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, customers, and team members to gather requirements and design quality solutions aligned with IT strategy.
  • Provide architectural recommendations, including reuse strategies and long-term technology direction.
  • Evaluate system interdependencies and determine impacts of changes across related applications.
  • Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Establish development standards, identify new data sources, and implement new techniques.
  • Lead and coordinate complex projects or project phases; guide and support junior developers.
  • Perform full SDLC duties including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Handle production support, analyze logs, deploy fixes, and collaborate with QA and DevOps.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and fulfill action requests, enhancements, and configuration changes.****

**What You Need:**

*** Application development, systems testing, or related experience

  • Advanced understanding of SDLC, integration, QA, and application architecture
  • Strong programming proficiency across relevant languages, frameworks, and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and team-building skills
  • Ability to evaluate requirements, assess risks/benefits, and meet timelines
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-platform, customer-focused environments**
