The Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead Rosie’s across Meta (Instagram + Facebook), TikTok, email, and other social media channels. You’ll be the voice and vision behind how Rosie’s shows up online — driving growth, engagement, and conversions through high-performing content that blends humor, nostalgia, and clean-food storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • ++Content Strategy & Execution++
  • Develop, plan, and post daily content across Meta + TikTok (Reels, Stories, static posts, UGC, memes, product features, etc.).
  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product drops, and ad initiatives.
  • ++Performance Marketing Integration++
  • Collaborate with our Meta Ads team to optimize organic + paid synergy — test creative hooks, thumbnails, and copy variations.
  • Analyze post and campaign performance; use insights to refine creative and posting strategy.
  • ++Video Production & Editing++
  • Capture and edit short-form video content (you can shoot and cut vertical video with an eye for pacing, humor, and thumb-stopping visuals).
  • Work and outreach with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to produce authentic, high-impact videos and testimonies.
  • ++Community & Brand Voice++
  • Engage with followers, comment back in true Rosie’s fashion and nurture our growing community.
  • Identify trends, sounds, and moments that fit Rosie’s brand personality and brand ethos.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years experience managing social for a consumer brand (CPG, food, or DTC experience preferred).
  • Proven success growing social media audiences organically & through paid marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social trends, meme culture, and video storytelling.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or similar editing tools.
  • You live and breathe Facebook/IG, TikTok, Canva, and other tools to create digital assets (statics + video)
  • A creative eye and a sense of humor — you know how to make people stop scrolling.

Bonus Points

  • Experience running or coordinating paid ads on Meta.
  • Basic design ability (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms and UGC / affiliate sourcing and management.
