Overview

Our client, a leading financial services and digital payments company, is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join their People Analytics Operations & Infrastructure team. In this role, you will help operationalize the company’s new data visualization platform, ensure data accuracy and usability, and support business stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup, testing, and launch of the new People Analytics visualization platform.
• Validate data, dashboards, and metric logic to ensure accuracy across systems and sources.
• Partner with BI Engineers to test and refine report-ready datasets.
• Respond to stakeholder questions about platform usage, data interpretation, and reporting features.
• Gather feedback to ensure the platform meets business needs and recommend improvements.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality or logic issues affecting reporting.
• Document metric definitions, logic, and dashboard usage guidance.
• Support user onboarding, training sessions, and platform demonstrations.
• Ensure adherence to People Analytics standards around data quality, consistency, and trust.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in Business Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Data Analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboard tools such as Looker, Databricks, OneModel, or Visier.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data across multiple systems.
• Ability to explain analytical concepts in clear, simple language to business users.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
